1. Who we are

2. What we ask for

For a birth chart: your name, date, time and place of birth. For a Vastu check: your name, property type and the direction of each room. Questions you type to AI Jyotishi. For paid features: the email or phone number you enter at checkout.

3. How your details are used

Your kundli and Vastu report are calculated inside your browser, on your own device, and we do not store these details. When you type your place of birth, only the place name you type is sent through our server to our map data provider, GeoNames, to show matching places. We do not store it, and it is never linked to your name or birth date. Closing the page, or tapping "Clear my details", erases everything.

4. AI Jyotishi

When you ask AI Jyotishi a question, only your question and a short summary of your chart or home (without your name or birth date) are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to write the answer. We do not store them. Under Anthropic's commercial terms (checked on 28 October 2026), it automatically deletes this data within 30 days and does not use it to train its AI models, except where it must keep data longer to investigate misuse of its service or to comply with the law. This data may be processed on servers outside India. Please do not type your name, phone number or other personal details into your questions.

5. Payments

Payments for paid features are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. You enter your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay's secure checkout, and Razorpay collects them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card or UPI details. We receive only payment confirmation details (such as the payment ID, amount, date, and the email or phone number you enter at checkout), which we keep for invoices, refunds and support, for as long as tax laws require.

6. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not show ads. Any visitor statistics we collect are anonymous and never include your birth or home details.

7. Children

If you are under 18, use this website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

8. Your rights and Grievance Officer

Because we do not store your birth or home details, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For any question or complaint about your data or this website, contact our Grievance Officer: Annu Swami, 324, Near BSNL Exchange, Sirsa, Haryana 125076, India, grievance@kundlikosh.in. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
